How long will my order take to ship?

Handling is 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on the selected method and destination.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email (and SMS if opted-in) with a live tracking link.

Is a signature required?

Orders $500+ require an adult signature upon delivery for security.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO.

How do returns work?

Returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition. Start a return on our Returns page. A prepaid label is provided; $8.95 may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
